Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for admission, students must meet the following criteria:
• Must fulfil the academic qualifications required for the program.
• Must provide necessary documents such as academic transcripts, identification proofs, and any other supporting documents as
specified by the institution.***
• Any false information provided during the application process will lead to immediate rejection of admission.***
2. Application Process The application process consists of the following steps:
• Submission of the completed admission form along with required documents.***
• Payment of application and admission fees before the deadline.
• Verification of documents and approval by the admission committee.
• Upon acceptance, students will receive an official admission confirmation letter.
3. Fee Structure & Payment Policies
• Admission Fee: The admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Tuition Fee: Students must pay tuition and other mandatory fees within the given deadlines.
• Late Payment: Any delay in payment will result in penalties, and continued failure to pay may lead to cancellation of admission.
• Proof of Payment: Students are responsible for collecting proof of payment for future reference. The institution will not be
responsible for lost or misplaced payment records.
4. Conduct & Disciplinary Policies
Students are expected to maintain appropriate behaviour and comply with the institution’s regulations. The following disciplinary rules
apply:
• Property Damage: If a student damages any property belonging to the institution (such as equipment, classroom furniture, or
facilities), the student will be required to pay for repairs or replacement costs as determined by the administration.
• Misconduct:
o Interaction with Staff & Trainers: Disrespectful or abusive behaviour toward teachers, trainers, staff, or other
individuals within the institution will result in immediate cancellation of admission.
o Legal Action: In cases of serious misconduct or violations, the institution reserves the right to take legal action
against the student as deemed necessary.
5. Academic PoliciesStudents must comply with the academic regulations of the institution, including:
• Attendance Requirements: A minimum attendance percentage must be maintained to stay enrolled.
• Examination Rules: Cheating or any form of misconduct during exams will result in disciplinary action.
• Grading System: Students must meet the required performance standards; failure to do so may lead to academic probation or
dismissal.
6. Withdrawal & Cancellation of Admission
• Voluntary Withdrawal: Students wishing to withdraw from the institution must submit a formal request.
• Institutional Cancellation: Admission may be canceled due to violations of institutional policies, failure to pay fees,
disciplinary issues, or non-compliance with academic requirements.
7. Privacy & Data Protection:
The institution is committed to protecting students’ personal information.
• Student records, contact details, and payment information will be stored securely and used only for official purposes.
• The institution will not share student data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Legal Compliance
The admission process follows all applicable national education regulations and policies. Students are expected to comply with local laws
while enrolled in the institution.
9. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By signing below, students and guardians confirm that they understand and agree to the terms outlined above. Students must collect proof
of payment for their records and ensure that all fees are settled within the required deadlines.
10. Prohibition of Smoking and Drug Use on Premises
English Planet maintains a strict no-smoking and no-drug policy to ensure a healthy, safe, and disciplined learning environment for all students, staff, and visitors.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within any part of the institution’s premises, including classrooms, toilets, corridors, and common areas.
The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or narcotic substances is strictly forbidden at all times.
Legal Basis:
This policy is enforced in accordance with the Smoking and Tobacco Products Usage (Control) Act, 2005 (as amended in 2013), particularly:
Section 4 of the Act prohibits smoking in all public places, including educational institutions.
Violators may be subject to fines as per Section 5, which authorizes designated authorities to impose penalties for smoking in restricted areas.
English Planet reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including expulsion from the institution, against any student found violating this policy.
11. Parking Policy and Disclaimer
English Planet does not provide dedicated parking facilities for students.
Students may park their bicycles, motorcycles, or vehicles on the roadside outside the premises.
Students choosing to park in this manner do so at their own risk. The institution shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or accident involving parked vehicles.
We advise students to secure their vehicles and avoid leaving valuables inside.
